  2. Select username Tab
  3. And then enter Instagram email Id or simply username.
  4. And click on Send Login. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
  5. Open email account
  6. Click on, reset your Instagram password
  7. And create your new password.

Instagram Password Recovery Using Facebook (for iOS devices)

  1. Open your Instagram Application
  2. And Tap on Get Help Signing In
